I feel terrible for the older gentleman on Ocean City Boardwalk

Cape May County - I feel terrible for the older gentleman on Ocean City Boardwalk entrance who was mugged by a mentally disturbed individual. This older gentleman could have been killed. Glad the OCPD apprehended this individual and he was arrested. Our beach communities or anywhere is just not safe anymore! SAD!!
