Avalon Borough has contracted with PInelands for Trash and recyc

Avalon - Avalon Borough has contracted with PInelands for Trash and recycling pickup. Can I ask, point blank, is this company trying to have Avalon cancel their contract? Recycling material is not making it into the truck, the new trash containers are left at the wrong houses (and in the street), the trucks are leaking, etc. They did a good job during the winter, but now the employees seem unhappy, and it shows.
